Email is the only channel. There is no contact form, because the site is static and a form would mean collecting your details through a third party we would then have to disclose. A plain address is simpler and more honest.
Corrections, questions, coverage requests
Use this for anything about the content: a price that has changed, a policy that has moved, a claim you think is wrong, or a question this site should answer and does not. Corrections are the most useful mail we get — vendor pricing and platform rules shift constantly, and we would rather hear it from you than leave it stale.
If you are reporting an error, a link to the source helps enormously and gets it fixed faster.
Affiliate programmes and partnerships
This one reaches LinkLoom, which runs this site and its sister properties. Use it for programme enquiries, partnership questions, or anything commercial.
Worth stating plainly, since it saves everyone time: we do not sell placement, sponsored posts, link insertions or guest posts, and we do not accept payment for a rating or a position in a comparison. Those enquiries will get a polite no. We do join affiliate programmes for tools this operation genuinely uses — and joining one has never changed a conclusion here.
What to expect
This is a one-person operation, so replies are not instant. Corrections get acted on ahead of everything else. If a message needs no reply to be useful — a heads-up that something changed, for instance — it still gets read and acted on even if you do not hear back.
